The Kaslo Bay Resort, The
Fisherman’s Pub & Grill (est. 1998) at the
Kaslo Bay Resort features a menu inspired by chef
Dietmar Hahne. His European training, combined with over
20 years of experience as chef in British Columbia, from
the West Coast to the Interior, ensure that meal will be
a memorable one.
The food is positively inspired by the best the
Kootenays, British Columbia and Canada have to offer.
Ranging from such Pub favorites as hot & spicy Chicken
wings to the sublime “charbroiled Pork loin filled with
rum soaked Mission Figs”.
The real star of the show however is the ”Certified Angus Beef”, only the best 8% of all AAA Beef qualifies to be served in Restaurants that are exclusive to the “Certified Angus Beef” Brand.

Every year on the August long weekend thousands of people fill the little town of Kaslo to take part in one of the10 great places to get in tune, be outdoors, the Kaslo Jazz Etc Summer Music Festival!

Every evening after the festival the Fisherman’s Pub &
Grill features the Kaslo Jazz Jams where some of the
Jazz Fest musicians perform their most intimate
repertoire with our amazing house band “EH TRANE”.
